Dr.L.Shanmuka Rao
Dean – Academics & Controller of Examinations
Dr. L. Shanmukha Rao brings over 23 years of experience in higher education, with expertise in academic administration, curriculum development, accreditation and faculty development. He holds a Ph.D. in Power Systems from JNTUH and has served in academic leadership roles, including over a decade as Head of the Department of EEE across engineering institutions.
An active researcher, he has authored over 40 publications in national and international journals and conferences, including SCOPUS-indexed works. His academic contributions also extend to accreditation processes, curriculum development, Faculty Development Programs, Short-Term Training Programs and workshops. As Dean – Academics & Controller of Examinations at KHIT, he contributes to strengthening academic processes, quality standards and continuous institutional development.
