The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) is a cornerstone department of this Prestigious Institution, Kallam Haranadha Reddy Institute of Technology which started in 2010 at the time of inception with an intake of 60 B.Tech. seats/students.

The department of CSE stands distinctively known for its commitment to excellence in Education, Research & involvement in Community service. Since its beginning, the Department has been dedicated and successful in preparing students for this dynamic and ever-evolving field of Computer Science providing a comprehensive education that spans from fundamental theory to cutting-edge technologies.

Over the years, the Department grew to an intake of 360 for the B.Tech programme & one M. Tech. Programme beside 120 intake for Diploma in CSE.

CSE Department has 37 Faculty, of whom most of them are Seniors Professors & Associate Professors with Doctorates besides many others who are pursuing part-time Ph.D’s in various Universities.

CSE Department has 5 dedicated state-of-the-art Laboratories with more than 350 systems beside a dedicated Computer Centre, Research Centre, and Project Lab facilities for UG and PG students.

Most of our CSE Students got campus placements in MNC Organizations besides multiple admissions to various renowned foreign universities for higher studies.
