Early Life and Education
Mr KallamHaranadha Reddy, was born into a modest family in Andhra Pradesh, India. Growing up, he was instilled with the values of hard work and education by his parents, who believed that knowledge could pave the way for a better future. As a child, he exhibited a keen interest in learning, often spending his time buried in books, which fostered a lifelong passion for education.
He completed his schooling in his village, where he excelled in his studies, particularly in subjects like Mathematics and Science. He wanted to pursue higher studies and could complete a Bachelor’s degree, with his strong determination and will power. His journey did not end there; he felt compelled to understand the legal frameworks that govern society, which led him to obtain a degree in Law. This diverse educational background equipped him with a broad perspective on various subjects and solidified his belief in the transformative power of education.
Professional Journey and Contributions
In 2010, realizing his dream of making quality education accessible, he founded the KallamHaranadha Reddy Institute of Technology (KHIT) in Guntur. His vision was to create an institution that not only imparts theoretical knowledge but also emphasizes practical skills and industry readiness. The institute quickly gained recognition and received an “A” grade accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), a testament to commitment to excellence.
As an educator and administrator, he worked tirelessly to ensure KHIT to become a center of innovation and growth. Faculty was encouraged to engage with students beyond the classroom, and the institution developed partnerships with various industries to provide students with internships and real-world experience. The curriculum was designed to be dynamic, ensuring that it evolved with changing technological landscapes.
In addition to his role in education, he also ventured into entrepreneurship with the establishment of KSML. With over 45 years of experience in various sectors, he aimed to create an organization that contributes to both economic development and job creation in the region. His experiences over the years have taught him the importance of leadership, ethics, and social responsibility.
Throughout his journey, he had remained committed to the ethos of giving back to society through education.
