Dr. S. Satheesh, M.E., Ph.D., FIE, FIETE, MAAAI, MISTE
Head of the Department, Electronics and Communication Engineering
Dr. S. Satheesh has over two decades of teaching and research experience in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He earned his Ph.D. from JNTU Hyderabad, M.E. in Communication Engineering from CBIT, Osmania University, and B.Tech in ECE from V.R. Siddhartha Engineering College, Acharya Nagarjuna University.
His primary research area is Image Processing, with additional interests in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Wireless Communication. He has published in reputed SCI, Scopus, and UGC-indexed journals, presented papers at national and international conferences, contributed book chapters with leading publishers, and filed a patent in wireless sensor networks. He is also a recipient of NPTEL Discipline Star and Believer Awards for advanced certifications.
Dr. S. Satheesh is a Fellow of IE (India) and IETE, and a member of AAAI and ISTE. His leadership and dedication continue to strengthen the ECE Department, fostering an environment of academic excellence and continuous growth.
