Grievance Redressal cell deals with all types of grievances, complaints and malpractices including those received from Students, Faculty and other Stakeholders.

Any organization having a number of employees shall cater to a mechanism to address their grievances. Hence Grievance redressal cell is constituted for periodical hearing of employee grievances, and to recommend measures for its redressal to the higher authority within the frame work of the service rules and procedures of the college. This kind of mechanism helps a lot for maintaining the peace and harmony between the employees and employer.

 

Functions of GRC:

• To receive the Grievances of students/faculty/stakeholders of AICTE approved Technical Institutions.
• To redress the Grievance received
• To receive and redress the Complaints of Ragging
• To receive the Complaints of violation of Norms & Standards by the AICTE approved Institutions
